Responsibilities:

Be timely and dependable.

Absorb and communicate detailed information around a rotating craft beer menu.

Actively looks for ways to make every Bru Foundry guest feel like they are at home and in a space they can learn more about beer.

Actively anticipate guests’ needs and address issues in a proactive, appropriate manner.

Professional dress, speech, and demeanor

Maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Perform transactions accurately and efficiently via Toast POS & Ipourit
-
Perform opening/closing tasks and side work duties
-
Recognize and report, with the assistance of management, intoxicated, disruptive, or threatening patrons.

Consistently meet all best practice standards set in the employee handbook and during training.

Certification for Hopsonomy beer training
-
Perform all opening and closing tasks listed in SOP's.

Requirements:
-
Minimum of two years front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

Intermediate knowledge of beer making processes, styles and a willingness to learn

Works well under pressure and high-volume environments
-
Must be a team player! This person will be willing to step in whenever and wherever we may need.

Possess a TIPS Certification or the ability to become TIPS Certified upon hire
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds.

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
-
The position is extremely physical and demanding in nature and involves working with potentially dangerous equipment, machinery, exposure to high noise levels, and handling of hazardous materials.

Uses repetitive motions.
-
Can work in both hot and cold temperatures.
